SHIPMENT:
1. Items are shipped after payment is confirmed.
2. Correct detailed address should be shown when you place your order.
3. Please contact us if you haven't received your package within 21 working days after shipping.

FAQ's
1. Can I track my item?
Yes. You will be sent a dispatch confirmation email as soon as your order has been processed. This email will also contain your tracking number. We also ask for a mobile number so our courier can inform you of the status of your order. Please note tracking numbers are only active and trackable 2 hours after the order has been collected from our warehouse, approximately 8pm (GMT/BST) Monday to Friday. For orders placed after 4pm on Friday, your order will may not be trackable until it has been collected from us the following Monday.
2. How do I apply my promotional code?
You can add a valid promotion code in the basket.
3. When will my card be charged?
Due to the nature of our payments system, the full cost of the order will be charged to the card as soon as it is placed.

4. What is your refund/return policy?                                                        

There is a 14 day refund only if you did not receive your item or if the item was received broken. Sale items are final sale, not returnable.
